1. Development & Optimization Design Engineer

The assignment of responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring the creation of new products that can be developed by the company and the availability of supporting information in related units
  2. Perform potential analysis for clusters, update the latest map and polygonization to support the implementation of strategies in related units

Qualification:

  1. Education S1 Telecommunications Engineering / Informatics Engineering / Information Systems
  2. Min 3 years experience in planning & optimization
  3. Have experience and insight about map info and atoll planning
  4. have good analitic
  5. Have basic programming (preferably)
2. Project Planning & Monitoring Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensuring the accuracy of site orders and project progress data, ensuring reports are submitted on time, and ensuring the availability of documents related to the project timeline

Qualification:

  1. Education min. S1 from all majors (majoring in Telecommunication / Informatics Engineering is preferred)
  2. Have experience min. 3 years in the telecommunications world
  3. Has the ability to analyze & monitor data
  4. Familiar with using planning software (Google Earth, Map Info)
  5. Accustomed to using Ms. Office, Oracle, & SQL
  6. Have coordination and communication skills
3. ICT Key Account Executive

The assignment of responsibilities:

  1. Fostering business relationships with customers
  2. Coordinate with customers regarding weekly / monthly meetings
  3. Ensuring additional tenants
  4. Ensure planning & execution for obtaining permits reaches revenue targets
  5. Monitor project progress updates

Qualification:

  1. Min. S1 has experience as a Marketing / Account Executive / Account Manager, from the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong in building partnerships and coordination
  3. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  4. Has a high achievement orientation
  5. Willing to go on a business trip
4. SOP Officer

The assignment of responsibilities:

  1. Creating, revising, and distributing SOP documents
  2. Ensure all new documents are published on time
  3. Calculate the percentage of successful re-engineering of documents released within the estimated target date
  4. Ensure that the BRD has been reviewed according to the agreed target date
  5. Complete the grammar review at an agreed target time
  6. Complete the translation of all documents by the given deadline
  7. Complete the translation of Non-SOP documents within the specified time limit

Qualification:

  1. Minimum education S1 in all majors
  2. Have at least 2 years experience in the related field
  3. Excellent coordination, analysis and communication skills
  4. Have skills to use Microsoft Office and Visio
