HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  1. Administer compensation and benefit plans
  2. Monitor & controll medical reimbursement, HR advance, and payment settlement
  3. Conduct employee onboarding
  4. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  5. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  6. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  7. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee tumover rates
  8. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  9. Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law / equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Have a good knowledge about general human resources policies and procedures
  4. Have a good knowledge about employment/labor laws
  5. Familiar with HRIS
  6. Must be highty organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and negotiation
