G&A Supervisor

We are looking for a G&A Supervisor with the following details


  1. Supervise and ensure excellent services for Meeting Room, Canteen, Drink Corner, Receptionist, Operator, Call Center, Courier,
  2. Ground Transportation (including Shuttle if any), and parking in assigned location.
  3. Create plan, review and control operational OS budget performance, also provide details / justification for any variation between approved vs actual budget for assigned location.
  4. To ensure achieving targeted CSI and KPI, by providing continuous services enhancement for OS Services.
  5. Supervise vendors to deliver services as per agreed SoW / SLA to meet the KPI.
  6. Contact person for any Office Space revamp / re-layout initiatives in HO / Plant, including gathering user requirements and communicating to related parties (Facility / BU / Procurement and related parties).

Skills & experiences:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in General Affairs or customer services area
  2. Good Problem solving Skill
  3. Excellent Communication Skill, Fluent in English both Verbal & Writing
  4. Intermediate presentation & negotiation skills
